Kerry retakes the lead.
Look here. This page had been showing some wildly different results over the last two months (due to the policy of always using the latest poll results for any single state, no matter how nutty) but the proprietor has introduced software to average out the most recent polling data. So now I think the picture should stabilize. Right now, it looks like the election is riding on Bush's performance tonight. I won't see it. I'll be watching the new Angelopoulos movie at the Chicago Film Festival. But I will be paying attention to the post-debate spin, and of course to the comments of all my blog-friends.
